Mr. J.K Arora is a visionary. His seasoned leadership qualities; his meticulous planning and strategies have given the desired shape and direction to the growth of the group. His vision as the founder has steered the company towards achieving a leadership position. Mr. Arora has been instrumental in shaping SOM's focus strategy & building a unique partnership model based on the tenets of innovation and sustainable development. Deputy Managing Director
Mr. A.K. Arora is an exceptional technocrat and an executioner. He is in-charge of the commercial and purchase processes. He is a versatile leader with an MBA & a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. His vision is integral in maintaining SOM's leadership in its key focus verticals and in making it one of the known group as an alcoholic beverage brand. His exceptional people skills and sincerity have been instrumental in building an innovative enterprise.
Deepak ARORA
Chief Executive Officer
Holding a degree in Business Administration from ISB Hyderabad, his skill lies in managing and streamlining operations, planning and launching new products and exploring new business opportunities. He has vast experience of working with eminent companies - Vodafone and SDBL. He brings along altogether a new vision to the organization with his positive energy, disciplined approach and great leadership quality. His ability to adapt to scenarios that call for cross-functional skills are admirable, in addition to his bigger vision that goes into making a company thrive.
ALOK ARORA
Director
A graduate from Imperial College, London, Mr Alok Arora has worked with Rolls-Royce Barclays, Bank of London, before joining SOM distilleries Private limited. He has crucial experience in international corporate work ethics and vision. He executes his experience in planning layout formalities for start-up. His presence is instrumental in incubating various practices that are helping this organization achieve its goal. Mr Alok Arora has strong work ethics and ability to respect and deal with the inevitable issues.

Mr. Nakul’s career span of close to 20 years has made him gain experience at commercial, investment and corporate banking sectors across geographies in India, Australia and the Middle East. He possesses diverse skills sets. From investor relation function, loan syndication, private equity mergers and acquisitions structured finance recapitalization, treasury money markets, and much more. He is an integral part of SOM Group for the last 9 years.

Mr. Rakesh Tiku, is a transformation leader with over 24 years of experience across Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and Supply Chain Optimization in industries such as Breweries, Food & Beverages, Microbreweries, Hospitality, and Packaging. He has proven expertise in concept-to-execution delivery of Greenfield and Brownfield projects, operational rejuvenation, and sustainable cost management. Recognised for his visionary leadership, he fosters innovation and cultivates high-performing, collaborative teams to achieve business goals.
Mr. Amit Kumar Sinha

Mr. Amit is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in profit centre operations, plant management, production planning, and business process improvement. He has extensive expertise in strategic planning, material management, quality control, cost optimization, and project implementation. Known for his operational excellence and strategic vision, he plays a key role in driving efficiency and sustainable growth across the organization.
Mr. Deepak Saroha
Vice President - Works
Mr. Deepak Saroha, is an accomplished professional with over 32 years of experience in grain and molasses distillery operations. He has extensive expertise in managing entire plant operations, including grain unloading and milling, liquefaction, fermentation and distillation, bottling and blending, quality control, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. Known for his hands-on leadership and technical proficiency, he ensures smooth, efficient, and high-quality operations across the organization.
